Question How can I register for a program?
Answer Registration can be processed directly on this website. All individual course details pages include dates, locations and "Register Now" buttons as do the course schedule pages. You may also download the enrollment form, complete it and send it via fax to a Hellier location of your choice:

Question What is Hellier's reschedule / cancellation policy?
Answer Hellier must be notified of cancellation at least ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the course for a full refund. If a student reschedules or cancels a program less than ten business days before the class start date, only 50% of the course registration fee will be refunded. If Hellier cancels a course, at least five days notice will be given and a full refund will be issued.


Question Will I be certified if I pass the course I'm attending?
Answer No. Training is only part of the typical requirements for certification. Experience, eye examinations and other requirements as defined in the employer's written practice must be met as a prerequisite to certification. A course completion certificate will be issued to all who satisfactorily complete the course.


Question Where can I find the most current training schedule?
Answer This website includes the most current training schedule. All individual course details pages include dates, locations and "Register Now" buttons as do the course schedule pages.


Question Why do some Level I/II programs have different training hours?
Answer Training hours are stipulated in the applicable certification/qualification program. For a given subject/Level, the hours may vary. In some cases, Hellier has added hours where they feel the stipulated hours are not adequate to properly cover the subject.


Question Why are some programs offered in one location and not others?
Answer Some programs are offered at one or more Hellier training center due to demand and local industries. For example, aerospace specific subjects are offered at the Hellier Anaheim location due to local interest in that area where petrochemical related programs are offered more frequently at the Hellier Houston location.


Question Can I transfer my registration from one Hellier location to another?
Answer It is preferred that students attend programs at the location they are registered. However they are times when Hellier will cancel a program because of circumstances beyond our control, students are offered the option to transfer to another Hellier location.


Question Can my company receive a discount if we send multiple people to a program?
Answer A 10% discount for three or more individuals from the same company, for the same course and time. No discount for ACFM classes. If you wish to take advantage of discounted rates, click here to contact us.


Question Do I have to bring my own calculator to class?
Answer It is preferred that students bring their own calculators to class since they will usually be more familiar with them. If a calculator is needed, Hellier will provide, if available, and must be returned at the end of the program.


Question How will I be notified that my registration has been accepted and processed?
Answer The system will send a confirmation directly to your email upon completion of your registration.


Question If I have to leave the course early, will I receive a refund?
Answer No refund is issued to students that have not completed the program hours. Hellier offers the option to come back the next time the program is scheduled to complete the program hours free of charge.

Question Who should I contact in case of an emergency prior to coming to a program?
Answer It is preferred that a student send an email immediately to the center in case of an emergency. In the case of no access to email, call the Hellier location and leave a voice mail message. Our contact information is provided here.
