How to Register Online and Pay Offline
If you wish to pay for your Hellier NDT training offline, we encourage you to register online and then contact the Hellier school location where your course will be held. The process is essentially the same as if you were to pay by credit card but with a slight twist. Here's how it works...
Step 1: Select a course
You will select a course by either navigating to the individual course page using the links on the left side of this page or by locating your course, location and date on our course schedule page.
When you find the course, location and date for which you would like to register, click the "Register Now" button and you'll be taken to our shopping cart page.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout
On the shopping cart page, verify that the quantity and course description (couse name, location, starting date) match your desired course choice. Next, click the "Check Out" button on the shopping cart page to go to the final registration/payment page. You will enter an encrypted session to protect your privacy.
Step 3: Identify yourself and provide (fictitious) payment information
At this final stage you will be asked to identify yourself as part of registration process. (You will notice that you are in an encrypted session, because the URL indicated on your browser begins with "https" instead of "http") Enter your contact details for registration, then...
Enter the following fictitious credit card information...
...and click the "Submit Order" button. Our shopping cart will then Decline the transaction, but that's what we want it to do.
On the next page click the button to "Process Offline".
The next page will be the Confirmation Page with a note stating "Your order is pending merchant approval".
At this point, we will have your registration information, BUT your seat will not be fully reserved until we finalize your payment arrangements.
Step 4: Receive email confirmation with "Pending Status"
You will receive an email confirmation for your registration.
The "from name" will be Hellier.
The "from address" will be registration@hellierndt.com.
And the subject line will say "Thank You for your order".
Step 5: Please contact the Hellier school location for your course to make payment arrangements and secure your enrollment.
